Customer Services Manager £50k+ Gloucester
The Customer Services Manager will have at least 5 years experience of managing a high volume technical call centre preferably in an ISP environment. You will lead a very busy Customer Services department and proactively provide ?best practice customer support. Managing daily workloads to ensure KPIs are exceeded and to ensure that customer service KPIs are achieved by 2nd line support. Development of the call centre staff through appraisals and training and optimising staff shift patterns to ensure customer demand is met.
